An elegant appetizer with a sliced English cucumber base and an herbed cream cheese topping.  The herbed cream cheese topping is an appetizing mixture of cream cheese, garlic, green onion, parsley, thyme and tarragon topped off with a touch of salt and pepper.

Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Garlic Sauce and Leek-Tomato Quinoa

 Served medium, the beef tenderloin medallions will be accented by a rich, creamy garlic sauce and served beside roasted asparagus and leek-tomato quinoa.  This unique grain was originally cultivated in South America and is blended with chopped tomatoes, leeks and scallions. Served with asparagus.
